Checked October 14, 2026
This is not a ranking. Check six things, then read the provider's own pages. web.com.do is one row in the table, with the figures this site publishes on October 14, 2026.
| NCF / local invoice | Ask which NCF series they issue, and whether ITBIS is shown. |
|---|---|
| Price currency | A DOP list price is easier to budget than a USD price plus bank fees. |
| Where the servers are today | An office in Santo Domingo is not the same as a live datacenter there. |
| Published latency | Ask for the path and the date. A ~3 ms claim needs a local datacenter that is actually live. |
| Support channel | A published phone, email or chat is checkable. A logo is not. |
| Entry price | Compare the same product. Shared hosting, VPS and collocation are different. |
Updated October 14, 2026. Today web.com.do servers run in MIA-1 (Miami). The latency we publish toward users in the Dominican Republic is about 30 ms. Datacenters SDQ-1 (Santo Domingo), STI-1 (Santiago), POP-1 (Puerto Plata) and PUJ-1 (Punta Cana) are on a waitlist, with no published open date, and are not live. Older claims of datacenters in Santo Domingo, Santiago and Puerto Plata, of ~3 ms local latency, or that "your data never leaves the country" do not describe the service anymore: the compute you can buy today is in Miami.
NCF, whether the price is in DOP, where the servers actually run today, the published latency and its date, a real support channel, and an entry price for the same kind of product.
No. Ask where the compute runs. web.com.do's live region on October 14, 2026 is MIA-1 in Miami. Dominican datacenters are on a waitlist.
